Introduction of extrusion oxidation process for aluminum alloy profile

The main process is:

(1) Surface pretreatment: Using chemical or physical methods to clean the surface of the profile, exposing the pure matrix, in order to obtain a complete, dense artificial oxide film. A mirror or matte surface can also be obtained by mechanical means.

(2) anodizing: The surface pretreatment of aluminum, in a certain process conditions, the substrate surface anodic oxidation, forming a layer of dense, porous, strong adsorption of AL203 film layer.

(3) Sealing: the pores of porous oxide films produced by anodic oxidation are closed, which makes the oxidation film anti-pollution, corrosion resistant and wear resistance enhanced. The oxide film is colorless and transparent, using the strong adsorption of the oxidized film before sealing, and depositing some metal salts in the film hole, which can make the appearance of aluminum profile (silvery white) Many colors, such as black, bronze, golden yellow and stainless steel color, etc.
