The CNC machining center consists of mechanical equipment and numerical control system, which can be used for high-efficiency machining of complex parts. The machining path of CNC horizontal machining center is determined according to some principles. There are two kinds of programming methods for CNC horizontal machining centers, which are simple contour method and complex contour method. The simple contour method consists of a straight line and an arc, and is programmed using the G code of the CNC system. The complex contour method is a three-dimensional surface contour. The three-dimensional graphics are drawn by the computer's automatic programming software, and then the corresponding parameters are set according to the surface type to automatically generate a numerical control machining program.

 

CNC vertical machining center and CNC horizontal machining center, this is two different types of CNC machining centers. If you compare them in programming, then these two are obviously different because they are different on different machine tools.
