Steel tube processing production methods and classification requirements

In the process of steel pipe processing, according to the way it is produced, it can be effectively divided into two categories, namely seam steel pipe and seamless steel pipe. In the operation, the seamless steel pipe can be manufactured according to its production method. Effectively divided into precision steel tubes, thermal expansion tubes, hot-rolled seamless tubes, cold drawn tubes, and extruded tubes.

When the steel pipe is processed, the seamless steel pipe is mainly made of high-quality carbon steel or alloy steel to a certain degree, and can be divided into hot rolling and cold rolling (pulling) during the operation. During the production, the welded steel pipe can be effectively divided into a furnace welding pipe, an electric welding pipe, and an automatic arc welding pipe because of different welding processes. Because of the different welding modes, the welded steel pipe is divided into two kinds of straight seam welded pipe and spiral welded pipe. Because of the shape of its ends, it is divided into circular welded pipe and shaped welded pipe.

When the steel pipe is processed, the welded steel pipe is mainly formed by rolling the tubular steel plate and effectively connecting it with a spiral welding seam during the manufacturing process. In the process of manufacturing, the welding steel pipe is in the process of operation. It can also be effectively divided into low-pressure fluid transport welded steel pipe, spiral seam welded steel pipe, direct coiled steel pipe, welded pipe and so on. Seamless steel tubes can be used in various industries such as liquid pressure piping and gas piping. Welded pipes can be used for water pipes, gas pipes, heating pipes, electrical pipes, etc.

In the process of the seamless steel tube processing, the solid tube blank and the steel nail are mainly hollowed into a hollow capillary tube, and then they are effectively rolled into a steel tube of a desired size during the production process. In the process of operation, the method of piercing and rolling tubes is mainly adopted, which constitutes different methods for producing seamless steel tubes.

In the process of steel pipe processing, the main process is to bend the pipe into a tube during operation, and the gap needs to be welded during the operation, so that it can be used as a steel pipe, because of the molding and welding methods adopted during use. Differently, this will directly constitute different methods of producing welded steel pipes.
