Application of four-axis CNC machining center and its performance characteristics

The four-axis CNC machining center belongs to a new generation of CNC machine tools. It has been widely used in the processing of box parts, housing parts and disc parts in the military, aerospace, automotive, mold, medical equipment, machinery manufacturing and other industries. The automatic lubrication system and cooling system are usually arranged in the four-axis CNC machining center, and the fully enclosed vertical protective cover is adopted.

 

The so-called four-axis CNC machining center contains four controllable axes, and the four axes can be controlled by interpolation motion at the same time. That is to say, the four axes can realize the simultaneous linkage control. The movement speed at the same time is the combined speed, not the respective motion control, and another point where the space moves through the four axes simultaneously to reach the space. Move from the starting point at the same time, and stop at the same time.

 

It can be seen that during the production of the four-axis CNC machining center, the motion speed of each of the axes is mainly the speed of each axis that is internally synthesized by the motion interpolation algorithm of the controller according to the programming speed. For the four-axis machining center, the X, Y, and Z axes are added with a rotation axis A, and the fourth axis can be moved not only by itself but also by one or two other axes or the four axes.
