Introduction of annealing process in aluminum profile processing

Annealing is required during the processing of aluminum profiles. This process is mainly to eliminate cold work hardening in order to continue rolling or deep processing, and to improve the state and performance of the product, and to remove rolling oil and improve surface quality.

 

In actual processing, for the production capacity and scale of aluminum profile processing, an annealing line composed of a single annealing and annealing furnace group can be selected during the annealing treatment. Aluminum annealing furnaces are the most widely used equipment in aluminum processing heat treatment. With the development of technology and the improvement of product quality requirements, higher requirements have been placed on the annealing of aluminum materials, such as the conformity of the quality and performance of the annealed products.

 

Annealing of aluminum profile processing often requires consideration of many aspects of quality requirements, such as shape quality and intrinsic quality. In order to improve the quality of the annealed products, improvement measures are required in the furnace atmosphere, furnace temperature control, furnace type and the like. Vacuum annealing is a relatively new aluminum profile processing and annealing technology, which can prevent cracking, oxidation and polymerization of rolling oil molecules, and is mostly used for high-purity aluminum foil annealing of electrolytic capacitors.
