When designing the mold to place the gap, it is better to place a gap of 10% of the thickness of the double material. The straight depth of the knife edge is more suitable for 2MM, and the taper is suitable for 0.8-1°.

 

For the processing of industrial profiles, for the stamping parts that need to be processed after the anode, if there is a flattening and flattening process of 180°, the product may not be completely pressed. If the press is completely pressed, the acid is generated, and the 0.2-0.3MM slit is needed to make the acid.
