The main construction process of aluminum profile processing

The aluminum profile is an alloy material mainly composed of aluminum. The aluminum bar is hot-melted and extruded to obtain aluminum materials with different cross-section shapes, but the ratio of the added alloys is different, and the mechanical properties and applications of the produced industrial aluminum profiles are obtained. The field is also different. The appearance is very beautiful, and it is resistant to dirt. Once it is coated with oil, it is very easy to clean. When assembling into a product, different profiles are used according to different load-bearing materials, and the matching aluminum profile fittings are used. It does not need welding, is environmentally friendly, and is installed and disassembled. Lightweight, easy to carry and easy to move.

 

The main process of aluminum profile processing is, first of all, the ingredients, according to the specific alloy grades produced, calculate the addition amount of various alloy components, and reasonably match various raw materials. Then, the prepared raw materials are added into the melting furnace according to the process requirements, and the impurities and gases in the melt are effectively removed by degassing and slag refining means; then the molten aluminum liquid is in a certain casting process condition. Next, through the deep well casting system, the casting is into a round cast rod of various specifications.

 

Extrusion is one of the important means of aluminum profile processing. Firstly, the mold is designed and manufactured according to the section of the profile product, and the heated round cast rod is extruded from the mold by an industrial aluminum extrusion machine. The commonly used grade 6063 alloy is also subjected to an air-cooling quenching process and an artificial aging process after extrusion to complete the heat treatment strengthening. Different grades of heat treatable reinforced alloys have different heat treatment regimes.
